• KYC documents — Retained for five (5) years following Account closure or rejection of a registration application.
• Communications records — Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication.

If marryph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any balances forfeited in accordance with the marryph Terms & Conditions.
