You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use marryph. This age restriction is mandatory under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Proof of age is required during KYC verification.
Each player is permitted a single marryph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of bonuses, and review of any pending withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
All transactions on marryph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply as detailed in Section 7.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, chargebacks, and any activity that undermines the integrity of marryph games or platform are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the marryph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the marryph Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and marryph. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or engage in any real-money wagering activity on marryph. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable under applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
The marryph Platform is operated for access by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

To access real-money features of marryph, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and up to date.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) marryph Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in all Accounts being permanently suspended and all balances and winnings being forfeited.
marryph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government-issued Philippine identification cards (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may be suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your marryph Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. marryph will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
You agree to notify marryph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. marryph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
marryph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account via the Security settings panel.
The marryph Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a gambling service, reselling access, or facilitating wagering on behalf of third parties.
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Cryptocurrency as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit is ₱100. marryph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to matching account ownership verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and KYC status of your Account.
marryph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, responsible gaming review, or investigation of potential Terms violations. Funds derived from Bonus balances that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are tracked separately in your marryph Wallet. Real Money Balance is always used first when placing wagers, unless you have elected otherwise in your Account settings.
marryph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Bonuses are issued at marryph's sole discretion. marryph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and to void bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of promotion terms.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applies, and only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute toward wagering rollover.
Each game available on marryph is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on marryph are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect certified theoretical return values over statistically significant volumes of play. Individual session outcomes may differ materially from published RTP figures.
marryph reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, resulting from a technical malfunction, or based on incorrect odds or game parameters displayed due to a system error. Where reasonably practicable, affected players will be notified and funds will be restored to their Real Money Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the marryph Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
marryph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to withhold and forfeit all balances and winnings, and to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
All content on the marryph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, text, graphics, user interface designs, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of marryph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the prior written consent of marryph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, marryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, interrupted service, or unauthorised Account access caused by your own negligence.
marryph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your marryph Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits marryph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
marryph is committed to operating in a manner that supports safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following player-controlled tools, accessible at any time through your Account settings:
Responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. marryph's responsible gaming team may proactively contact players displaying indicators of potential problem gambling behaviour.

You may close your marryph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet (after deducting any amounts subject to investigation or withholding) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the marryph Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
marryph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
